Because I consider my clients to be my most valuable asset, I work hard
at adding value to and developing close relations with my clients. In
keeping with my basic principles, I bring specialized knowledge,
technical skills and sound, yet creative ideas to my clients — all aimed
at making a positive contribution to, and a big difference in,
increasing the bottom line. When my specialized knowledge is hard at
work for my clients and their businesses, I demonstrate my value and
earn their confidence and respect.
I have established strategic
alliances with law firms who specialize in securities law, tax law and
industrial revenue bond financing. I also have long-term relationships
with partners at national CPA firms whose clients periodically look to
invest in closely held companies. In addition, I have entrée to small
and large brokerage firms and international investment banks.
I
am sensitive to the interrelationships developed over the years among
the people managing growing companies, especially those with silent
partners. I have the ability to provide innovative structuring that
addresses financial, legal, environmental and other difficult problems
in a manner as to permit the successful consummation of specific
transactions. Moreover, I will always respect and protect the
confidentiality of a client's ideas, thoughts and strategies as a
transaction unfolds and progresses towards a successfully conclusion.
